I am a research fellow at the TU Graz, where I am working with Prof. Michael Kerber.
Before, I was a research fellow at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in the group of Prof. Claudia Landi.
I defended my PhD thesis in December 2019 at the University of Pavia in the Mathematics department. If you want to read it, please have a look here!
I completed my master's studies in Mathematics at the University of Torino, spending one year at the University of Potsdam.
I took in Torino also my bachelor's degree, in Mathematics.
Here you can take a look at my CV.

My work is in applied topology, with a marked categorical approach.
I am also interested in the computational side of applied topology, especially in developing algorithms for retrieving invariants.

I am building a database for real-world applications of Topological Data Analysis, together with Jānis Lazovskis. It is publicly available, and exportable in various formats. If you have comments (also about papers that should be included/updated) or want to become a member, feel free to write to me!
